Oh my gosh, the prices for the wine and delivery seriously need sorting out, they're just way too expensive! But on the flip side, the packaging and quality of the wine were really good, so I suppose that's a positive!
Bottles of alcohol
The price of the bottles and the delivery options were brilliant. I managed to find precisely what I was after at a decent price, and the delivery was fast and efficient. However, I was very let down by the excessive and non-recyclable packaging that my order came in. It's a shame that a company with such great products and services would neglect such a crucial aspect of sustainability.
Lots of cool stuff
Oh my goodness, I'm absolutely amazed at how great The Bottle Club is! My order arrived really quickly, and the packaging was fantastic. I'm so impressed, I'll definitely be shopping here again and again. I've already told all my friends to give it a go as well!
Mixed case of craft beers
I was constantly having to chase up my order because it seemed like it was being ignored. The delivery ended up taking longer than I had expected, but I have to say that the communication from the delivery team was excellent. It was really frustrating that I couldn't use the promotion for multiple cans. However, on the plus side, the craft beers in the mixed case were absolutely delicious, particularly the IPA and the wheat beer. Even though it was a bit of a hassle, I will most likely make another purchase because the beer is just so good.
Next day delivery, well packed bottle
I needed to grab a bottle in a hurry for my trip back to Asia, and luckily I came across a shop that guaranteed next day delivery. I went ahead and placed an order, and guess what? The bottle showed up at my hotel the very next day! It was all packaged up so nicely and securely, so I didn't have to stress about it getting damaged in my suitcase. I'm really chuffed that I decided to purchase from this shop - it definitely made my journey back home a lot smoother!
!2X750ml Evian water in glass bottles
Ordering is easy and delivery efficient but then the trouble starts.
Instead of using original Evian boxes, as delivered from France, every bottle is enclosed in stiff plastic sheath and the whole lot encased in a gigantic box. Besides being totally unnecessary, it makes unpacking laborious and tiring and disposal difficult.
Never again. I shall definitely be obtaining Evian from elsewhere.Cazcabel Tequila Reposado, and Monte Alban Mezcal with Agave Worm,

my order turned up, but one bottle turned up broken. i contacted them and sent pictures of the broken bottle in the packaging, as requested. i then had to case them up after 2 weeks, as i had not had any further contact from them. i then had to sent the pictures a further 2 times, before the agreed to send me a replacement. but a further 3 weeks on and nothing!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They just want your money and if something goes wrong. they don't give a ... about there customers. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVISE. Spend your money with someone who cares.

Not sure about them just order my 1st box of wine and heard so much negative about them just wounding has any one ever got a refund
Dalmore 18 Year Old whisky
Ordered 14th January 2021 with 3-5 day despatch quoted. Chased up on 21st January and received reply saying will be delivered by DPD on 18th January!!. DPD website shows "we have received your order details but have not yet received your package." Have sent a further e-mail asking for more info. but still waiting for a reply.
