Hampers delivery issue
I've just had a really bad time with their customer service. I ordered three hampers on Amazon, but only got one. I had to figure out what was going on and it turns out there are three companies mixed up in all this. 3-piece individual item set
I bought a 3-piece item set from the company recently. However, when it arrived, I realised that two of the items were the same. I got in touch with customer service straight away, but I was told that it was normal because of stock problems. As a customer, I think I should get the items I paid for, so I wasn't happy with their answer. This whole thing has made me feel annoyed and disappointed with their service.
