I placed order as a gift for my Dad's birthday and accidentally entered my address at checkout. I emailed them asking if the address had could be changed and Sara from their team could not help enough. Will order again.

Be warned throw your money out the car window rather than give Ultimwte Drinks it as you will certainly lose it. Placed order on 11th Sept still waiting for order and any response, telephone number rings out , e mails ignored you may get an automated e mail blaming covid. Luckily paid with credit card so they will sort out refund, have put a complaint into trading standards.

I have ordered 3 bottles of champagne which were never delivered and the company has never picked up the phone nor replied to any emails or social media messages. Currently trying to recover my money.
