I was half expecting a smashed glass after a few poor deliveries elsewhere, but everything arrived spotless and securely wrapped. The design feels a bit different from the usual cocktail stuff too. Support dealt with a small query quickly, no fuss.
Sorted without fuss
I’d use them again, simple as that. Started ordering from them earlier this year, and the first delivery was fine. One later parcel had a damaged item, but they replaced it quickly and kept things straightforward.
Neat bar kit, no fuss
I was a bit wary — product shots looked very polished — but after unboxing and trying the cocktail tools at a small get-together last weekend my doubts faded. Quality feels solid, design smart, packaging spotless (a tad formal). Delivery was on time and customer service was responsive. I'll buy again.
Gift gamble
I wasn't sure at first. Bought from a list so not my pick and I'd had dodgy gift deliveries before. It turned up on time and intact though, so my worries faded. The recipient liked it. Ordering was painless. Not flashy, but does the job. Makes me feel more confident about ordering again.
A shaky start, solid finish
I tipped gin into a glass and thought it looked the part, then one arrived with a snapped stem. Strange, since it was well packed. I emailed Urban and they replied almost immediately. Refund or replacement was offered; I picked replacement that arrived in a couple of days. The new balloon feels solid — decent weight, nice rim, comfortable to hold. They’re my go-to for evenings and cheese nights. I was sceptical at first, but now genuinely pleased. The 1910 range, especially the stemmed beer glass, is lovely.
