I won't be ordering from them again — the wine choice is good, but the delivery ruined it. We were in, my wife at home; DPD came on a Wednesday and didn't bother to ring the bell. Instead they dropped a card saying collect from the local post office and there was no option to rearrange. So I ended up walking about a mile to pick it up, which was annoying and unnecessary. I've used other wine sellers and couriers who try again or offer an easy reschedule, so this felt unusually lax. Vinatis' follow-up was slow and asked for more info, which seemed like passing the buck. Quality of the wine was fine though.
Parcel déjà vu
no knock, no ring, and they ignored the "leave on rear porch" note on my DPD account. Now I have to hang about again tomorrow. Small thing, but annoying. If Vinatis stick with DPD, I'm not sure I'll reorder.

Shipment status lies and there’s no evidence customer service
I placed an order on Sunday evening which reported in stock and my (brand new) account reported dispatched 2hrs later. it is now Friday and the courier, Geopost, has still not received the consignment. Customer service support is only via an online form and are totally unresponsive. The product won’t arrive on time, I could not recommend any less. There are other places to buy wine, save yourself the pain with this one.Doorstep dependable
Got a box on the doorstep again — perfect for my midweek dinners and the odd cheeky dinner party. Delivery's usually spot on, customer service sorted a tiny hiccup once. Not flawless, but I keep coming back.
Caught my eye
Spotted it first at a mate's dinner and tried it — the selection’s massive and prices let you play. I'm working through labels from one I liked; some bottles are brilliant, others a bit flat, but fine for experimenting.
Lucky find
I only realised I’d struck lucky when I checked the price — less than half of anywhere else — and that was during a frantic house move when I needed decent wine for guests. Since then I’ve ordered a few different whites, bit by bit, and each bottle landed as promised. Grateful, properly pleased, really.
Quick find, happy result
Spotted them via a random forum link and was a bit sceptical, but they had that highly-rated wine I’d been hunting. I ordered on a whim and the case turned up in 4 days — that’s when I knew it was legit, proper chuffed and relieved. Prices seemed better than others on a quick check. Told my mate about it and I’ll be ordering again, no doubt.
Nearly stressful but sorted
I was half panicking because I needed the bottles for our flat-warming after a long move and honestly I’ve been burned before by late deliveries. Placed the order in mid-August and then... silence. I emailed a couple of times, no phone option, which annoyed me, but after nagging and a polite escalation they finally replied and sorted the missing items. Delivery arrived in two parts but intact. Not perfect, and communication could be quicker, but the team fixed it and I’m relieved — cheers to that. Would use again with a note to chase them early.

confirmation email said shipped but the courier showed nothing. I messaged a few times and didn’t get an immediate reply, so I started to worry. The turning point came a couple of days later when the courier updated to “out for delivery” and the shop finally explained it had been held at customs — sensible, if annoying. At that moment I knew it was going to be fine; I relaxed and got on with wrapping. It’s not perfect — communication could be quicker and the initial shipping notice was confusing — but the product arrived intact in time and that’s what mattered. Happy in the end, would order again but give a heads-up if it’s for a tight deadline.
Small Grower Champagne selection
My time with Vinatis has been really great. I've been shopping there regularly since Christmas and I'm really impressed with the quality compared to the prices. I love Champagne, so I'm thrilled with the variety of options from smaller producers that Vinatis has. The value for money is fantastic, and I've been really happy with everything I've bought. Some people might think the 7 to 10 day delivery time from France is a bit of a hassle, but I don't mind planning ahead for my orders.

Although, I did find that the packaging and delivery to the UK was a bit slow. Nevertheless, it was worth the wait because the wines arrived in perfect condition and were delicious.
