A proper nice surprise
Honestly, I'm converted — I'll shop here again. Boxes arrived quickly, everything wrapped up tight, not a single mug chipped. They even slipped a handwritten note in, proper lovely touch, like a pal sending a postcard. I've been using the bits every morning for tea, makes the routine feel a bit posh. Felt... warm, if that makes sense.
Waiting for nothing
the tracking was accurate about location when it did move, so at least there was some visibility. I’d prefer they use DHL/BPOST here. Overall the wine will be enjoyed, just not the delivery experience.
