I first spotted them on Instagram after a mate flagged a post, so I placed two orders (was curious). Tried to cancel one straight away and followed their advice to reply to the confirmation email — I did that and then... silence. Nine days on, no answer, and neither parcel arrived despite their site saying otherwise. Bit annoyed really, felt like I was shouting into a void. It's a shame. Customer service felt non-existent and delivery is painfully slow (or non-existent). I told a friend not to bother until they sort basic replies.
Little luxuries, mostly right
the scents are subtle, not in-your-face perfumes that make you apologise to strangers, but you catch them on a breeze or when you put your scarf on. Some fade quicker on me, so it's not perfect, and picking a full bottle is maddening because you keep changing your mind. Still, mostly very pleased; wearable, interesting, and the delivery plus service made the whole thing feel easy and a bit special. They replied within 24 hours, which helped.
