Vibrator purchase
Oh, wow, the package arrived much sooner than I expected! It came really early and took me by surprise. My mum had to answer the door and take it from the postman, and then she started questioning me about why it was so pricey...quite awkward! But, I wasn't anticipating such a quick delivery time. Nonetheless, it's a brilliant product and I definitely suggest it if you want to enjoy yourself without dealing with nosy questions from your mum, ha-ha!
Good products, delivery issues
I've bought quite a few things from here and they've all been really good quality. But, the main problem for me has been the delivery service. I've paid for next day delivery a few times, but the last three packages didn't arrive when they were supposed to. Lovehoney uses Amazon for delivery, and when I got in touch with them about the delays, they said there was a hold up with the delivery.
Recent EU purchase
Hey everyone in the EU, just wanted to give you a heads up about something. I recently bought something from a shop that said it was the "EU version," but turns out my package didn't actually come from within the EU. Instead, it was dealt with by Royal Mail and I had to pay custom fees and wait longer for it to arrive. It was really not what I was expecting! It's a shame because the products themselves are really good and the processing was fast. But this whole customs surprise really put a damper on things. If you're in the UK, I'd say go for it. But if you're in the EU, just be ready for some extra hassle.
European delivery - tracking issue
I recently bought something from this shop and unfortunately had a problem with tracking my order for delivery in Europe. They didn't give me a tracking number, so once it was sent, I couldn't find out where it was. I got in touch with customer service for help, but they couldn't tell me which local courier company was delivering my parcel. This left me in a tough spot because I had no way of finding my lost items. Even though I tried to get more help, the customer service team just didn't give me the support I needed. It's really disappointing to see them not taking responsibility and making an effort to sort it out.
New handcuffs and blindfold
I thought I'd give our bedroom activities a bit of a boost, so I decided to try out some new handcuffs and a blindfold. They were top quality and really comfy to wear. The blindfold added an extra bit of fun to our playtime, and the handcuffs were just the right amount of restraint. Nice selection, hassle ordering from outside UK, good quality
I was really happy with the range of products on offer, but I did have a bit of trouble when ordering from outside the UK, especially from within the EU. The company did cover any extra custom charges, but the ordering process was a bit of a pain. However, all the items I bought arrived fairly quickly and looked like they were good quality.

lingerie set
I bought some lingerie from this company not long ago, but I ended up giving them the wrong delivery address. I noticed my mistake soon after ordering and got in touch with them right away to try and fix it. However, I was a bit let down when they wouldn't change the address and said I had to wait for the item to come back to them after not being delivered. So now, I don't have the product I paid for and they haven't given me a refund either.

Bought a red Basque which arrived with only one suspender strap.I e-mailed Lovehoney to send it back, They answered very fast and to my surprise the very next day a new one turned up. SO VERY HAPPY......Thank you Lovehoney .

Products of Lovehoney is very good, no doubt.
Important information to share is- when you will receive this delivery even in presnts of many family members, no one can guess what is inside the box as no name of sender company, no image, nothing will be written on courier box..so relax and order if you really love these toys
