returned it as instructed and expected my card to be credited. Instead they issued a gift card and have treated my follow-ups like a mystery. The outsourced returns team sent conflicting messages, Instagram DMs went nowhere, I even emailed the CEO (a lovely little exercise in silence) — nothing. It's not dramatic service, it's tedious: the item feels better than the company's policies. I've had worse returns with other retailers, but usually someone apologises and sorts it; here it's been rounds of "checking" and polite stonewalling. I still reach for the jumper, but every time I do I remember the faff. Like it? Fine, but be ready for a fight if you return it.

“check the website.” Again. Again. It’s a shame because the balls themselves are fine and I use them as keepsakes, not to play with, but the customer service has been careless and tiresome — mild frustration, really.
