Saw it at a mate's birthday and had to get one. Ordered online after a colleague tipped me; delivery was quicker than I expected and well packaged. Setup was dead easy, linked to my phone in minutes. I phoned customer service once about print settings and they were calm and helpful — proper service. Really pleased it behaved at a few events, glad I bought it.
Handy little printer for small runs
Overall I’m pleased — it does what I bought it for. I wanted something small to print thank-you stickers and a few labels for my online shop, and this handled that straight away. I started using it the week after it arrived; first impression was how tiny and light it is, and that it synced up without faffing about. Setup was simple, it came with a roll already loaded and several spare rolls which was thoughtful. Prints are quick and the darkness level is adjustable, which I liked. On the mild down side, it’s a thermal printer so the prints will fade over time unless you protect them — I put a clear strip of tape over the important ones. Loading paper is dead easy, cable and manual included. Not perfect — monochrome only and the odd sticker needed a nudge — but good value and I’m glad I bought it.
