I recently bought something online from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with their service. Their website was so easy to use, which made it super simple to find exactly what I wanted. Checking out was a piece of cake, with clear instructions at every stage. I even popped into one of their shops in Kings Lynn, which was full of great stuff and had friendly and helpful staff. All in all, my experience with this company has been fantastic and I'd definitely suggest them to anyone looking for their products.
Recent repeat purchase
I recently bought from this shop again because the first time I got exactly what I wanted. It was easy to order and the stuff arrived well wrapped. I would definitely suggest this store to other people.
Printing order
Aru, the lady at the store, was a great help with my printing order. She was really lovely and knew her stuff. She made sure everything was printed spot on and done quickly. The price was fair for what I got, so I'll definitely be back here for any future printing needs.
Stationery supplies
I can't praise my experience enough, it was absolutely fantastic. Ordering online was so easy, the items I got were exactly what I wanted, and they were delivered quickly and well-packaged. And on top of that, delivery was free!
Friendly and helpful staff
The folks at the stationery store really went the extra mile to make me feel at home and valued. From the boss down to the staff in the printing area, they all knew their stuff, were really patient, and gave top-notch customer service. Office supplies
I can't believe how awful my trip to the store was. The staff were so unhelpful and the customer service was just terrible. I tried to get some feedback on a problem I had, but no one even got back to me. The whole place just seemed really badly run and chaotic. I wouldn't advise anyone to go there. It was just a big waste of time and space. The employees were rude, clueless, and totally unprofessional. I can't believe they're still open for business.
3 drawer filing cabinets lockable
I needed a lockable filing cabinet in a hurry, so I thought I'd order one from here. It was really easy to place my order and I got my cabinet in perfect working order in just 2 days. It's a solid piece of furniture and it looks great in my room. I'm really happy with the quality and how quickly it got to me.

I bought some stationery stuff from the store the other day and I'm really happy with my purchase. Everything was just like how it was described on the website, even down to the GSM specifications I needed. Plus, the delivery was quick and all the items were there and accounted for.

I popped into a shop in Queens Arcade in Cardiff recently and was really impressed by their range of stationery items. They had a great selection and the staff were super helpful and professional. I have to give a shout out to Sian for her amazing customer service. She was patient, really knew her stuff, and went above and beyond to help me out. I had to send a couple of parcels internationally via DHL, and she made the whole process a breeze. All in all, I had a lovely shopping experience at this store and would definitely recommend it to others.

I recently bought some stationery bits from one of your shops and Gemma, a trainee, helped me out. She was so lovely and really knew her stuff, finding exactly what I was after. I was well impressed by how helpful and friendly she was.
Office supplies purchase
After doing some research on what I needed, I came across the best deal at this particular store. Placing the order was easy and quick. The delivery arrived sooner than expected, and the delivery person even helped me bring the items inside, which was a lovely gesture. All in all, it was a great experience.
Incomplete order
I placed an order for a bunch of things but only got half of them. Had to wait ages for the rest, which never showed up. Made another call, had to wait some more, but finally got them to give me a refund for the missing stuff. Unfortunately, I needed all the items for a job and couldn't finish it because of this mess. Pretty frustrating all round - won't be coming back as a customer again.
Large storage box
I found this really big storage box in a shop and it was so easy to find on their website. It was a bit pricey but thankfully, the shop was close to my house so I could pick it up myself. However, they still made me pay for delivery which was annoying. The box is really sturdy and can fit all the stuff I wanted to store in it.
Ordered a three seat outdoor bench
I bought a three-seater outdoor bench from a place that was having a sale, and it was a really good price. However, when the bench arrived, it was a bit damaged and some bolts were missing, which was disappointing. So, I had to contact them, and they told me to send it back for a replacement. The collection was done by a carrier called Yodel, who were really frustrating as they didn't show up on the first day despite me speaking to them 3 times. The same thing happened the next day too, which was annoying. But then, a fantastic customer relations manager named Ronel contacted me and she was extremely nice and helpful. She sorted everything out and sent the spare parts with FedEx. She even gave me a discount for all the trouble. Ronel was amazing!
Printing and DHL service
I popped into the shop on a really hectic day and I've got to say, I was really impressed by how professional and friendly the staff were. Even with all the hustle and bustle, Kirstie went above and beyond to help me ship off a DHL package to my boss. I even heard some other customers singing the team's praises. It's not often you see that level of service, and I think they definitely deserve some recognition for it.
Printer help
The woman who assisted me was so lovely and really clued up on printers! Everyone there was so friendly and cheerful, it's great to see such good customer service. I'm really looking forward to going back soon!

The online shopping was really fast and simple, and when I went to the shop to pick it up, everything went smoothly. It was all really easy and straightforward. Plus, the thing I bought was definitely worth the price.
Stationery purchase, including Pentel Energel XM Retractable pens
I popped into a stationery shop near me the other day and was really impressed by the huge range of supplies they had in stock. They had all the basics covered and even had my top choice of pens - the Pentel Energel XM Retractable 0.7mm ones. The shop in Southport was roomy and had good lighting, which made shopping there really nice. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which just added to the overall positive experience of my visit.
Online purchase frustration
I made an online purchase not too long ago and was surprised to see that the delivery email said my parcel was headed to my business address. It was a nightmare trying to switch the delivery location to a local hub with awkward opening times. When I finally managed to collect my parcel, it had already been sent back. The whole thing was a total shambles and I ended up feeling really annoyed and let down.

please do yourselves a favour and never order from this company, ordered a printer and received an automated email 2 days later stating it had been dispatched, a week later it hadnt arrived so emailed the company to ask where it was, 3 emails later and still no reply, had to open a paypal dispute to try to get my money back.
