    Despite being quite knowledgeable and experienced in the art world, I really struggled for hours trying to make an order on this website. The website itself was not great - very hard to use and input my details. When I tried calling customer service, I just kept getting sent to voicemail with holiday messages, which was so annoying. My card authentication didn't give me a code, so I couldn't finish my order online. Even trying to email the order didn't work because I couldn't copy and paste properly. And now, I can't even send emails because Microsoft's having storage problems, making things even more delayed. All in all, the whole process was a nightmare and I think they need to sort out the phone contact for future customers.

    I recently bought some art supplies from this company and I have to say, I was really disappointed with how long it took for them to arrive and the customer service was not great. The delivery ended up taking much longer than I thought, about 7-10 working days because it seemed like the items came from Europe instead of the UK. After waiting for over two weeks for my order, I decided to get in touch to ask about the delay. Unfortunately, I got a very vague response saying they would pass my complaint on to the right department, but I didn't get any direct contact details. It's been nearly two weeks since then and I still haven't heard anything back. The lack of communication and the fact that my issue hasn't been sorted out has left me feeling really frustrated and disappointed with the whole experience.

    I was a bit annoyed with my recent order from GreatArt because it took 7 to 10 days to arrive, even though I paid £4.95 for quicker delivery. I didn't even realise the delivery time when I placed the order, which was a letdown. I think this will be the last time I shop with this company.

    I'm really annoyed because my order still hasn't shown up! I tried giving GreatArt a ring but no one picked up. I reckon those orders must come from abroad, maybe China, but they didn't mention that anywhere on the site or invoice! Not planning on ordering from them again, that's certain!

    I recently bought three canvases from this store. Sadly, it took almost three weeks for my order to show up. I got in touch with customer service over a week ago and they gave me a tracking number that wasn't very helpful - it only said "still with Seller." Even though I tried getting in touch with them again last week, I didn't hear anything back. In the end, my canvases arrived in two separate deliveries. I think if the company gave more updates and a clear delivery date, it would help customers plan better. Being kept in the dark with no info is frustrating and makes the whole experience less enjoyable.

    I had an absolutely dreadful experience with this company. I placed an order for some art supplies over two weeks ago and I have not received a single email update on when they will arrive. To make matters worse, they have not provided any tracking information either. When I called them to ask about my order, the customer service was defensive and not at all helpful.     I popped into the shop the other day to get some art supplies, and I was really impressed by the wide selection they had. The staff were pretty clued-up and helpful, although they seemed a bit more professional than chatty. I had no trouble finding what I was after, and even when they didn't have one item in stock, I could easily order it online. The only downside was that it took a good two weeks for my stuff to be delivered. The prices were reasonable and on par with other places, and I was especially pleased with the range of colours they had for sale.

    The process of placing the order was really straightforward and simple, I ordered a lot of paints from GreatArt. However, I was a bit let down by the lack of communication when I asked for an earlier delivery. I had seen some negative comments online about their delivery times and overall service, so I was a bit anxious that my order wouldn't get here on time. But, to my surprise, Luke from the marketing team in London provided truly outstanding service and really went out of his way to help me. He explained that because their warehouse is in Europe, they couldn't do an earlier delivery, but he helped me keep an eye on my order and made sure it got to me just in time for my London trip. I really appreciate his professionalism and how committed he was to making sure I was happy with my order.

    Canvas with floating frame purchase

    I bought a canvas with a floating frame from this company recently, but I must say, it wasn't a great experience. It took three weeks for the item to arrive, and in that time, I didn't get any updates on delivery progress. When it finally turned up, I was annoyed to find out the courier had left it with a neighbour, even though I was in. This lack of communication and tracking made the delivery quite inconvenient. And to top it off, when I unwrapped the canvas, I realised it didn't fit the frame properly, which was frustrating. All in all, the service and quality of the product didn't meet my expectations, so I won't be ordering from them again.

    I've just got my art supplies and I must say, they came in good condition, well wrapped and all in one piece. Even though they took a little longer to arrive, I'm grateful they do deliveries to Northern Ireland, which isn't common. Extra brownie points for the free delivery on this order! The prices were really competitive, so no issues there. All in all, it was a good experience and I'll definitely be coming back to shop again.

I thought it would be from the UK, especially since I've been to their London shop before. But, it turns out that all orders come from Europe, which means it takes 7-10 working days to arrive. They should make this clear on their website to avoid confusing customers like me. Waiting from the 15th of April until the 29th of April for my order is just not good enough in today's quick world. This has made me think twice about using this store again, as fast delivery is important.     Oh wow, I recently ordered some new art supplies from this shop and boy, let me tell you, it was a bit of a rollercoaster. The delivery was a mixed bag - one item arrived super quick, like lightning, but then the rest took ages to get here. They blamed it on some company called YODEL and then tried to make amends when I raised my concerns about missing the new estimated delivery date. I mean, I understand that these things can happen, but waiting a whole 16 days for some items to travel from London to Glasgow just seems a bit excessive, don't you reckon?

    I bought some watercolour paints and brushes from this place recently and I have sort of mixed feelings about how it all went down.
