Elf Bar BC 5000
I purchased (2) Elf Bar BC 5000 disposables. The Clear seems to be working ok so far. The Mint Flavored one however only lasted 24 Hours? 5000 puffs, 24hrs? So I sent an email to customer service and was referred to this review site ... some warranty info link. Obviously I had already thrown it away (my mistake) I didn’t know they were going to ask for packaging info, serial ... etc? I own a small business and would never ask my customer to have to submit all that along with possibly a video as well, lol? For a $20 item?
I would have absolutely just taken my customers word for it. And I would have just swapped out the faulty item, and made it right with the customer. Not try and offer them a $3.00 discount, lol. But I guess I’m old School. So, oh well, My bad. I guess it is what it is. I’ll just have to be more careful of the items I purchase and from whom.

Always great service from VapeSourcing. Packages arrive quickly, and the quality of the products have always been above satisfactory! I typically shop disposables from here and I find that they last longer in use than the ones I get from B&M shops. Competitive pricing as well, and additionally they tend to have coupons available

SCAM! Charged four times for incomplete order!
I was charged four times but no confirmation email was received and the order is not showing up on my account. This is on the UK website (although payment seems to go to the US entity). I am furious! What a SCAM!Vape Starter Kit, coils and batteries
