The company works in 5 basic steps. First, they assign a YOPA Agent to provide you with a free valuation, taking only a few minutes. This Agent will always be someone that knows the area well and therefore can produce a very accurate estimation. The second step is for you to inform YOPA of your wish for your product to be put on the market, this costs £839, or for some areas in London, £1399. You can make this payment immediately or do so in ten months. The third step requires you reviewing the advert that YOPA has made to be sure that you are satsified with it and with their choice of photos, floorplans and description. If you are satisfied with what they have produced, the advert will be placed on Zoopla, PrimeLocation and RightMove. The fourth step of your YOPA process is receiving viewing request, offers and buyer feedback, all of which you will receive on your own online dashboard, the YOPAhub. You will be able to choose whether you wish to host the viewings yourself or have your YOPA Agent carry them out for you. The final step is completing the sale, once you have found your perfect buyer and your YOPA Agent has assisted you in negotiating the best price.

Yopa does phenomenal assistance to sell our house in London. They helped us, guided us and consult on the best way towards the most benefited offer. I must admit the dedication shown by the YOPA Agents.
They first determined our house, estimated us the best possible selling value of it and the negotitate with various parties. They helped us in legal papers and other essential measures to take care of.
We had no worries.

Avoid like the plague!!!
Terrible, awful company, you cannot get through to any of there telephone numbers, hopeless support, once they have you signed up, they do not want to know! They misrepresent your property, do not give facts, I’ve had more viewers from people knocking on my door, than via Yopa, they really are a bunch of cowboys, at least dick Turpin had the honesty to wear a mask!!!
Please avoid this company, it will save you money and heart ache
