I only wanted a birthday shirt for my grandson, so I assumed this would be straightforward. The order confirmation gave me a delivery date and, at first, I thought I was just being impatient. But the tracking has sat on “label created, waiting for item” the whole time. I gave it the extra couple of days customer service suggested, still nothing through the door. What’s really confusing is they now say it was delivered, while both the order page and LaserShip tracking say otherwise. I’ve saved screenshots because it feels I’m going round in circles. Pretty frustrating, especially for a present.
Started badly, ended alright
After a few bad experiences with other streaming services, I expected the usual run-around. The match stream initially refused to appear on either the telly or my laptop, which was annoying given I’d checked compatibility beforehand. Customer support actually answered, though, and talked me through a couple of settings rather than just sending a generic link. It took two attempts and a restart, but the stream has been stable since. The delivery of the subscription details was quick as well, no chasing required. Still think the setup could be clearer, especially for smart TVs, but it ended better than I thought it would.
Half sceptical, half pleased
smart enough. Not perfect. The stitching isn’t museum quality and there’s a tiny loose thread at the hem. The letters feel solid though, not flimsy. For a gift I was nervous it would scream cheap. It didn’t. Small flaws, yes, but nothing that ruins it. I can see why others might grumble about price. Me? I’m relieved. Would I buy another one here? Probably, but I’d check for discounts first. Overall, doubts faded to satisfied. Minor nitpicks remain.
Dodger jumper — nice, but what a palaver
returned it as instructed and expected my card to be credited. Instead they issued a gift card and have treated my follow-ups like a mystery. The outsourced returns team sent conflicting messages, Instagram DMs went nowhere, I even emailed the CEO (a lovely little exercise in silence) — nothing. It's not dramatic service, it's tedious: the item feels better than the company's policies. I've had worse returns with other retailers, but usually someone apologises and sorts it; here it's been rounds of "checking" and polite stonewalling. I still reach for the jumper, but every time I do I remember the faff. Like it? Fine, but be ready for a fight if you return it.

“check the website.” Again. Again. It’s a shame because the balls themselves are fine and I use them as keepsakes, not to play with, but the customer service has been careless and tiresome — mild frustration, really.
