    Overall

    Stranded-but-not-ruined

the collection point is tucked near the train area and not signposted well, so yes, we asked two different airport staff before spotting it (staff at the desk were pleasant enough though, which helped). The real problem came later. On the “unlimited” plan they throttle hard once you hit their cap — so hard the phone was basically a paperweight for maps and anything online. No Google Maps, no messaging, zilch. That left us in a bit of a pickle because we couldn’t contact support (no connection) and we genuinely couldn’t figure out what was wrong. We hoofed it into a cafe to grab free WiFi and get directions home, which felt ridiculous given we’d paid for data. When I did reach customer service on WhatsApp they were terse, no real apology, and the only fix was to buy more data for a hefty fee and — annoyingly — it wouldn’t kick in until the next day. All that said, I’m kind of relieved it wasn’t worse: friendly pickup staff, we found a workaround, and we made it back without injury. So I’m thankful for the small mercies, but overall it’s a service I’d be cautious with — especially if you’re relying on it for essential navigation or medical reasons.
