I wouldn’t use them again. I ordered on 9 January and the whole thing has been a mess. A mate had recommended the shop and I actually saw the item on Instagram, so I was keen at first. I’ve emailed customer service nine times. Each reply took about 24–48 hours. I left my number and asked for a call, never got one. Messages alternated between “sent”, “delivered” and “lost”. Last Wednesday they asked if I still wanted it; I confirmed my address and they said DPD would take over. Since then, nothing. Dry, slow and vague. Bit annoying, really.

Too like a coat, not a changing robe
I bought this because I needed something to change into quickly after swimming — modesty on the beach, essentially. I’m usually a UK size 18 and the listing said “one size up to 22”, so I expected room to move. In practice it hangs like a sensible coat. It closes up fine but there’s hardly any space to actually change underneath. I could button it, zip it, whatever, but there was no way to manoeuvre out of wet swimwear without feeling exposed. It’s fine as an extra layer and the fabric feels decent, I actually liked that part, but it isn’t functional as a changing robe for anyone over about a 16 in my view. That mismatch between claim and reality was annoying.
