Our spa started getting far too hot, which is not really the relaxing vibe we paid for. I knew we were in good hands when Sophie replied quickly, talked us through a reset, and didn’t vanish when it failed. The heater was collected and a replacement arrived three days later. Not flawless at first, obviously, but the aftercare was properly decent. Worth calling them if you’re stuck.
No-all-day-waiting-game
Halfway through unloading the shopping, my neighbour wandered over and asked why I looked so pleased. She’d tipped me off after spotting one at her sister’s, and I’m glad she did. Delivery arrived when promised, with no mysterious all-day waiting game. I had one small question about setup; customer service replied quickly and, surprisingly, sounded human. The whole thing felt far less faffy than expected.
Almost a backyard spa dream
I pictured myself with a cuppa, steam curling, fixing my dodgy lower back after months of physio — so the eco foam hot tub felt like a sensible splurge. I was sceptical though, read the usual hype, and yeah, should've expected wrinkles. Within a week it threw HL errors, then a replacement heater turned up with a snapped plug (really). Fixed that, but the temp kept climbing and the HL came back. Sent the whole lot back and now I'm waiting for a refund. Lost faith and a chunk of time.
Not quite next-day
chase the courier fast and don't assume 'next day' is complete delivery.
Almost bailed — glad I didn’t
if you’re indecisive, ring them before ordering — it’ll save swapping headaches later.
