I pictured myself with a cuppa, steam curling, fixing my dodgy lower back after months of physio — so the eco foam hot tub felt like a sensible splurge. I was sceptical though, read the usual hype, and yeah, should've expected wrinkles. Within a week it threw HL errors, then a replacement heater turned up with a snapped plug (really). Fixed that, but the temp kept climbing and the HL came back. Sent the whole lot back and now I'm waiting for a refund. Lost faith and a chunk of time.

chase the courier fast and don't assume 'next day' is complete delivery.
