Quick and easy purchase
Getting car insurance from them was so easy. The website was really easy to use and I didn't have any problems going through the process. They kept me updated all the way through, so the communication was top-notch. I was really happy with the whole experience.

I've just sorted out my car insurance and I must say, I was pretty pleased with how it all went down. Ordering the insurance was easy peasy and the website was simple to use. The customer service lot were really great - they knew their stuff and were quick to respond to all my questions. The price of the insurance was good too, giving me good coverage for what I paid. And the insurance documents arrived quickly, so I had everything I needed on time. All in all, I'm happy with the car insurance company I chose.

So, listen to this - I rocked up to pick up my travel cash, but the booth had finished early for training. No one bothered to give me a heads up, so I ended up wasting my time for no reason. Had to make a return trip the next day all because of their mistake.

Their car insurance service is a complete nightmare. The communication is beyond dreadful, the claims process is a total joke, and it's almost impossible to get a straight answer from anyone. I wouldn't even suggest this service to my worst enemy.
Stop Fraudulent Payments
Could you please provide customers with a way to challenge payments they believe are fraudulent? It would be really useful to have a shortcut or stop button for direct communication. Apart from this one issue, I must say the service is really good. Thanks, Ahsan Rashid.
Reliable Insurance Company
Though I have already have one car insurance with Axa for my Toyta SUV but this time to know differences I have taken out Insurance for my Chevrolet from ASDA
To be frank nothing additional or different
But market response is very positive in terms of claim settlements.
There are some extra expert suggestions to minimize burden of budget they give as an option to every customer ..In fact this is a plus point.
