    The website was really easy to use and simple to get around. Although, I did come across a small problem when trying to pay at the end of my order. In the end, I went with a more pricey insurance option instead of a few cheaper ones once everything was in my basket.     I had a really good customer service experience with the company when I chatted with them online. The rep was great at answering all my questions and giving me the info I needed. But now I'm stuck because I haven't received my policy document by email, even though they said it would only take 5 minutes. It's been over 24 hours now and I can't check my account or log in because I haven't got the secure code they sent. I've tried going through the log-in process again as they suggested, but the email to access my account still hasn't arrived. Just to be clear, this problem isn't because of anything I've done wrong.

    I just bought car insurance from this company and my rep is Silvestre from STERN Fleet Consultancy & Accident Claims Management. I gave Silvestre all my personal info, even my bank details. But, I'm having trouble logging into my account here. Then, out of nowhere, I got a notice saying my insurance was cancelled for fraud! I've lived in England for ages, so this accusation is really offensive and uncalled for. I'm not that great at English, so I asked nicely if someone could help me translate this into Brazilian Portuguese. Thanks for paying attention and helping out.

    I've been a customer of this company for a long time, and I've always been happy with their services. However, when I tried to get an insurance quote for a new customer who happens to be a family member, I was really let down. The online quote system wasn't working properly, and there wasn't even an option to talk to someone on the phone. Even the live chat couldn't help me out. This whole experience was so frustrating that it's actually put off a potential new customer, and maybe even more in the future. It seems like moving all services online and getting rid of phone quotes was one of the worst decisions they could have made.
