travel insurance
went to turkey with the family oct. 2022. on the last day my daughter had food poisoning. it happens i guess. went to the hospital. doctors were amazing. missed the flight back home. had to get the next day flight. had to pay for an extra day in the hotel. had to pay for hospital. all came to around £2500. put a claim in. we are now in march 2023. still no payout. I've sent all documents and the are still asking for the same documents. I am now calling them and have been on hold for 32 minutes. they are absolutely useless. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I THINK THEY ARE DOING EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER NOT TO PAY OUT. Just disgusting. especially in this day and age.

They aren't covering anything for the covid 19
They didn't answering any phone calls , any emails they hid away and then put up on your login accounts that they wont cover you.

My injury was 6 months ago on my holiday /ankle torn ligament/. i had to by a new airticket. i sent all documents for the company on email, They wrote back that they pay the ticket prices. 1 month later an email came: sorry we lost your documents can you send again. /How can they loose an email/ I sent it again. On 01/08/18 was my injury and i still wait. I sent my last email 12 days ago. I asked in this email how long more, No answer.

super easy and super good for those who dont really well aware with the insurances. like me, lol. its good but ask your doubts first before you sign up
