I got some great help choosing the perfect travel insurance for me. The person helping me really knew their stuff and gave me all the info I needed to pick the right policy. I feel reassured that I'm fully protected in case anything unexpected happens on my trip.
Quick travel insurance
I decided to get travel insurance in a hurry since my parents said it was important for our trip and I didn't want any hassle. The person I spoke to was really friendly and explained everything clearly so I could follow along. They even managed to make me laugh a few times, which was nice. It felt like they genuinely wanted to help me, which was comforting because adults talking about money can be a bit intimidating. All in all, I'd say it was a positive experience.
Weekend break insurance fail
I had bought travel insurance for a weekend trip, but unfortunately, I hurt my knee and had to cancel. I tried to change the name on the insurance, but I got stuck sending emails back and forth with a company that never provided a phone number. I ended up missing out on my weekend getaway, and now I'm really frustrated about it!

Today I gave a new insurance company a go for the first time and let me tell you, I was really impressed! I began filling out the form online, but later on I thought I'd give them a call to include some crucial medical information. It started off a bit dull, but then I spoke to this fantastic woman called Seda. She was incredibly friendly and made the whole thing feel like a piece of cake. She double-checked all my information and explained the policy in a really clear manner.

I tried renewing my policy online recently, but it didn't go as planned. However, I was happy when an agent called me today. The agent I spoke to knew a lot and explained everything clearly. They quickly processed the renewal and helped me set up a new payment method without any trouble.

Today, I received top-notch service when dealing with my tricky medical needs. Selia, the staff member, was really helpful and knew her stuff. She even suggested some extra things to think about in order to get the best insurance deal. She made everything so simple, that could have been daunting, and her friendly attitude made me feel at ease throughout. I definitely suggest their service to anyone looking for travel insurance.
Insurance purchase
The staff at that place are proper clever, they knew everything I asked them. The price they gave me was dead good compared to others I checked. I don't understand why they made a fuss about my high blood pressure meds but oh well, not my issue. The only downside was I got disconnected twice while waiting on the phone to speak to someone (Option 3).
Quick and Easy Purchase
I thought buying travel insurance was really easy and didn't take long at all. Luckily, I didn't need to make a claim while I was away, so I can't say how good they are at that. But I felt reassured knowing I was covered and the process of getting insurance was simple, which was a relief when I was travelling.

This is the first time I've bought travel insurance from them as someone suggested I should. My trip isn't until June, so I can't comment on how well they handle claims yet. But from what I've seen, their customer service and professionalism have been really good.
Policy application by Telephone
I had to sort out my policy over the phone, which was fine, I suppose. The person I spoke to was really nice, but it was a bit irritating having to go over everything they already knew. I mean, I had just returned from a trip and nothing had changed. Maybe next time I'll just do it online instead.
Renewing travel insurance
The staff are really helpful and friendly. I've suggested the company to my friends and even mentioned it to my husband recently. I like to call them directly with any questions and they're always patient in giving me answers and options that suit me.
