I planned to travel last month which I did. However, during the journey, I had a bad asthma attack. I almost lost it, thanks to Staysure Travel Insurance. It covered up for me. I got immediate medical attention. I was taken care of till I got back myself. I was so happy I had opted in for the Staysure Travel Insurance before now. Some travelers required I introduced them to the insurance company which I did with all happiness. I was ok and continued the trip. Quite affordable and easily accessible. Would always use it. Anytime I have issues with their website I get in touch with their customer care service and I get attended to with ease.

Today I gave a new insurance company a go for the first time and let me tell you, I was really impressed! The staff at that place are proper clever, they knew everything I asked them. The price they gave me was dead good compared to others I checked. I don't understand why they made a fuss about my high blood pressure meds but oh well, not my issue. I had to sort out my policy over the phone, which was fine, I suppose. The person I spoke to was really nice, but it was a bit irritating having to go over everything they already knew. I mean, I had just returned from a trip and nothing had changed. Maybe next time I'll just do it online instead.

It was dead easy to sign up for this insurance, proper simple like. The website was well nice and a doddle to use. The price was brilliant as well, loads cheaper than the others I checked out. I just hope I never have to actually claim on it, who knows how that would go!
Alarmingly chaotic policy purchasing process
The experience of taking out the policy was a total shambles. I went through all the steps online, paid for it, checked my credit card app to confirm the payment, but didn't get any confirmation from them. I had to ring them up and go through everything I'd already done online at least three times before eventually getting the policy.
On a brighter note, I actually do quite like the policy and the price was reasonable. I just hope that if I ever have to make a claim, it will be a more straightforward process. It looks like they could do with upgrading their technology and improving their customer service.
