Postcard postage fees
Why should I bother with paying extra for postage if my postcard doesn't even get delivered on time? Recently, I had a card sent out for my birthday and it ended up being delayed by a whole 10 days just because of an issue with the postage fee. Even after forking out more money for the fee, the card still hasn't arrived. It's so annoying that such a simple service can't be done properly. It feels like the Post Office's reliability is a thing of the past. They really need to make some serious changes to the postal service.
Parcel delivery assistance
I have to say, the assistant I spoke to today, Jignyasa, was really helpful in helping me send my parcel. She gave me the best options and dealt with everything quickly and professionally. I was really impressed by her service.
Travel Insurance
My experience with the staff at the post office was absolutely awful. The person behind the counter at Liverpool St John’s post office had a terrible attitude. Even though I asked nicely to send something, they were rude and tried to push expensive special delivery options on me. When I wanted to send something with a signature, they were really disrespectful and warned me about it getting lost. On top of that, they charged me for a big envelope when a smaller one would have done just fine. The lack of professionalism and bad customer service that I saw during my visit was really disappointing. Honestly, I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I did. It's worrying to think that they could treat other customers, especially vulnerable ones, the same way they treated me. So, I strongly recommend that people avoid this post office and go somewhere else if they can.

So, mate, I sent my friend a birthday card on the 22nd of May, yeah? I used first class postage and everything, but it's now the 2nd of June and they still haven't received it. Come on, that's way too long for a card to make its way there! Can I please get a refund for the card, stamp, and ink I used to make it? Cheers.
Terrible travel insurance
I just wanted to share my experience with this travel insurance I got recently. It was an absolute nightmare! The service was really poor and the staff seemed really stressed out and rushed off their feet because there weren't enough of them. I would definitely recommend avoiding this place at all costs to anyone thinking of using it.

I've just had a really bad experience with a travel insurance provider. The people working there were so useless and didn't pay attention to detail at all. I headed to the post office to return my passports and Hazel was absolutely lovely. She assisted us in selecting a more secure option, placed them in an envelope, and ensured that we were satisfied. Hazel was incredibly professional and dedicated to providing great customer service.
Dad's Birthday Present
I bought a glass picture for my dad's 90th birthday. It was all nicely wrapped up with bubble wrap and cardboard, even had 'fragile' tape on it. They sent it really quickly, but it ended up arriving two days late and was completely smashed. I was furious because I don't think I could have wrapped it any better myself. Dad's birthday ended up being ruined because of that, and I was absolutely livid!
Savings account disappointment
I opened a savings account with this company once, and it was an absolute nightmare. The website was so difficult to use, and the customer service people were useless. Every time I needed help, all I got was excuses and more confusion. It was really annoying and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through it. Delayed Next Day Delivery
I wouldn't recommend going to this Post Office if you're looking for efficiency or professionalism. I sent a small envelope on Wednesday morning, paid extra for next day delivery before 1pm, and it's now Friday and tracking still hasn't shown it leaving the shop. When I contacted the shop, they had the cheek to suggest I check with Royal Mail. Shouldn't that be their responsibility? Royal Mail then told me to file a complaint and gave me a complaint number. Well done for dodging the issue! If you want your post to arrive on time, I'd steer clear of this place.

Yeah, so I decided to get this travel insurance, and honestly, it was a bit of a letdown. The whole process was a bit of a nightmare. Firstly, sorting it out online was a real hassle.
