    Post Office Travel Insurance is Best Travel Policy option right now in town

    They are highly trustworthy. Known to quite efficient and projective with their work. There is very good word of mouth out there regarding these guys. Offer quite better offers, sometime you may find better around others but trust, realiablity and history is something you cannot get anywhere else.
    Go for POST OFFICE travel insurance.
    These guys help with everything.
    Assistance is really great, educating actually, transparent as well.

    Why should I bother with paying extra for postage if my postcard doesn't even get delivered on time? Recently, I had a card sent out for my birthday and it ended up being delayed by a whole 10 days just because of an issue with the postage fee. Even after forking out more money for the fee, the card still hasn't arrived. It's so annoying that such a simple service can't be done properly. It feels like the Post Office's reliability is a thing of the past. They really need to make some serious changes to the postal service.

    My experience with the staff at the post office was absolutely awful. The person behind the counter at Liverpool St John’s post office had a terrible attitude. Even though I asked nicely to send something, they were rude and tried to push expensive special delivery options on me. When I wanted to send something with a signature, they were really disrespectful and warned me about it getting lost. On top of that, they charged me for a big envelope when a smaller one would have done just fine. The lack of professionalism and bad customer service that I saw during my visit was really disappointing. Honestly, I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I did. It's worrying to think that they could treat other customers, especially vulnerable ones, the same way they treated me. So, I strongly recommend that people avoid this post office and go somewhere else if they can.

    So, mate, I sent my friend a birthday card on the 22nd of May, yeah? I used first class postage and everything, but it's now the 2nd of June and they still haven't received it. Come on, that's way too long for a card to make its way there! Can I please get a refund for the card, stamp, and ink I used to make it? Cheers.

    I just wanted to share my experience with this travel insurance I got recently. It was an absolute nightmare! It was so annoying because they couldn't even get my order right. Once I took in this small package, which was clearly within the size and weight limits for a large letter. But the person behind the counter said it was a small parcel and charged me way too much for postage. This keeps happening and it shows that they just don't care about following the rules properly.

    Dad's Birthday Present

    I bought a glass picture for my dad's 90th birthday. It was all nicely wrapped up with bubble wrap and cardboard, even had 'fragile' tape on it. They sent it really quickly, but it ended up arriving two days late and was completely smashed. I was furious because I don't think I could have wrapped it any better myself. Dad's birthday ended up being ruined because of that, and I was absolutely livid!

    I had a really disappointing experience with a travel insurance company when my suitcase went missing on a trip. I did everything they asked for to make a claim, but it was a nightmare trying to get it sorted and they ended up denying my claim. They wanted receipts, bank statements, and even photos of me wearing the stuff that was missing, which I couldn't provide. After so much bother and time wasted, they told me I wouldn't get anything back because of an excess fee. I felt really let down and frustrated by how unsympathetic and unhelpful they were throughout the whole thing.

    I bought travel insurance from this company and I have to say, I was really let down by the service I got. They said they would send me the policy documents by post within a certain time frame, but I never received them. So, I ended up wasting a whole day waiting for something that never showed up. I just think it's not on, the way they didn't keep me in the loop and didn't get things done on time, especially when it comes to something as important as insurance. It's pretty obvious they need to up their game when it comes to looking after their customers and being reliable.
