Quick and effortless application process
Setting up the travel insurance application was really easy and quick. But after finishing, I didn't get an email with my policy documents. Thankfully, I called the helpdesk, and they sorted it out straight away. It turns out there was a problem with my email address, but after giving them another one, they sent the documents again without any delay. The person I spoke to on the phone, Cam, was so helpful, professional, and friendly. It was nice to experience such great customer service. Even though I haven't had to make a claim yet, this positive interaction with the customer service team has made me trust the brand more.
