Easy to use website
The website was dead easy to use, you know. I thought it was good how we could chat to an actual person if we needed any help. The price was alright for a whole year's insurance, and they even let you tack on a few extra days for a single trip. I reckon that's pretty nifty, don't you?
Travel insurance
I feel really annoyed because I just got travel insurance, but my pals managed to get it much cheaper than me. The thing is, they were diagnosed recently whereas I've been dealing with my diagnosis for the past 13 years. I ended up shelling out more cash for one trip than they did for a whole year of insurance. It's just not fair!

Hey there! I had to sort out this travel insurance situation. Gave them a ring and got through to an actual person, not some automated voice! They were so nice and really helpful, unlike those annoying pre-recorded messages. The policy they suggested was top notch and the cost was fair, so definitely going back to them next time.
Cheapest insurance for hubby's heart problems
All Clear is really affordable insurance for my husband who has heart problems and diabetes. The coverage is fantastic given the price, I definitely recommend it for people with medical conditions!

Cover purchase for 2-week holiday
I've just bought travel insurance for a two-week holiday and had a chat with Ikran, Conner, and Matt. They were all really nice, understanding, and knew their stuff. Setting up the travel insurance application was really easy and quick. But after finishing, I didn't get an email with my policy documents. Thankfully, I called the helpdesk, and they sorted it out straight away. I booked some travel insurance to go to France three weeks ago and it was so easy, didn't have any issues at all. Now I've decided to get annual health insurance cause I really trust their services.
Cruise insurance purchase
I recently bought cruise insurance and spoke with Stacey, she was really nice, polite, professional, and knew what she was talking about when we chatted on the phone. It was a nice change to actually speak to a real person in this day and age of online stuff. Stacey even sorted me out with a discount on the original price, which was a nice bonus. All in all, I had a great time chatting with Stacey and felt like she really looked after me.
Insurance purchase
I had a chat with this bloke called Matt, and he was really friendly and understanding with me. He explained stuff so clearly that I didn't have to keep asking him to repeat himself. He went through all the things I was curious about regarding my insurance. At the beginning, I thought the cost was a bit pricey, but then I compared it with another company and their prices were way higher in comparison. So, I suppose it's not too bad after all!
Always competitive
I always go with All Clear for my travel insurance because they always have good prices. The staff, whether it's Chloe or someone else, are all really nice, polite and professional. I would definitely recommend All Clear to anyone who needs travel insurance.
Gold cover
From a comparison site I bought a worldwide Gold cover from All Clear on the 31st October 2019. This was for a 6 week trip to India and Srilanka.17th March to 1st May from the UK.
I have since discover that my ACTUAL policy is with GOODTOGO Insurance, which I was not aware until later.
From All Clear travel guide on there website
“With AllClear branded policies, if you took out insurance and booked your holiday before the FCO advised against ‘All but essential travel’, then your travel insurance will cover you for cancellation to that destination. This can include any unused travel and accommodation costs if you have to cancel your trip or cut it short.”
However ,although we meet the above criteria, Allclear referred to an obscure clause in Goodtogos T & C disclaimer.
All Clear told me that even though the holiday was booked well before the Visas were withdrawn by the Indian and Srilankan Gov, and there was a FOC advisement in place, Good to go had a historic clause in place indicating WE WOULD NOT BE COVERED in such a situation.
I bought the policy with All Clear therefore they should have insured me with a company that have the same T & C as there own.
