I signed up for this insurance, but they didn't seem bothered about me at all. They just happily took my money. Then, when it came time to make a claim, they turned me down because apparently my biometrics were going to expire in 5 years. I mean, really? Why bother selling me insurance if you're not going to be there for me when I actually need it? Turns out, they only come to the rescue if you're a permanent resident in the UK. It's just not fair!
