    VW EOS 2009 warranty coverage

    I was really pleased with the amazing service I got from Click4warranty when I was trying to get some cover for my VW EOS 2009. Other warranty companies said no because my car is a bit old, but Click4warranty were happy to do it because it's only done 34K miles. Their checks were really thorough and the staff, especially Jamie Sinclair, were so friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Click4warranty for going the extra mile to help me keep my car safe.

    Combined RTI Gap insurance purchase

    I had a really good experience with Click4warranty when I bought the Combined RTI Gap insurance. The service was quick and friendly, and they explained all the policy details clearly over the phone. I found a fantastic deal on the insurance through a MoneySavingExpert offer, which was a lot cheaper than what the car dealer was offering me.     Efficient and friendly customer service

    I had a really great time dealing with the customer service team at this company. I gave them a ring on Monday morning and was chuffed when they got back to me right when the lines opened.     Car trouble

    My car had a problem back in February, and when I let them know, they just kept transferring me to different people. It was such a hassle being on the phone for ages, and the garage was doing the same. They asked for evidence of the issue, so the garage had to take the engine apart and send photos of the timing chain and all that, but even that wasn't good enough for them. Seriously, what more could they possibly want as proof? After all the back and forth, I had to insist the garage carry out the repairs because my car had been out of commission for 3 whole months, and I really needed it back. And then when the garage sent the bill to these guys, they refused to pay up because it wasn't an approved repair. It's all so frustrating! I definitely wouldn't recommend them for anything - they just pass you from pillar to post and try to avoid paying out. They act like I'm involved in some sort of scam with the garage, which is actually an official Jaguar approved service centre, doing dodgy things. It's so disrespectful, especially considering I still have a year left on the policy. Ugh!

    First-time purchase of gap insurance

    I'd never bought gap insurance before and didn't really know where to begin. But after hearing about this company from Martin Lewis and getting a discount code, I thought I'd give them a go.
