    Car insurance policy

    I was happy with the services from this company at first, but things went downhill when they suddenly cancelled my policy after only two months. Even though I had already paid for half of it, they insisted I pay the other ten months in one go or else they would send debt collectors after me. This sneaky move to try and get more money out of me through fear is not okay and shows they lack integrity. I recommend being careful if you're thinking of using their services.

    I had a really good experience with the customer service team when I gave them a ring to get insurance for my campervan, as I couldn't do it online. Even though I had to wait on hold for about 20 minutes before I could talk to someone, the service I received was top-notch and really friendly.     I recently got motorcycle insurance from this company and honestly, it's been a complete nightmare. I wanted to add my motorcycle to my policy but I faced so many problems. I spent the whole day trying to speak to someone to help me out but no one seemed capable of fixing the issue. I called several numbers and even had a chat with a really rude person who didn't do anything to help. The lack of customer service has left me feeling really frustrated and stressed out. In the end, I just decided to cancel my insurance and asked for a refund. I also made a complaint but it seems like no one wants to step up and sort things out. Overall, my whole experience has been really disappointing.

    I had a really bad experience recently when I got in a crash while working as a delivery driver in Rushey Green. It was so bad I ended up in hospital and now I can't even go back to work. The other driver involved was really difficult and wouldn't give me the info I needed. When I tried to get help from my insurance company, they weren't very understanding or helpful at all. Even though there was loads of clear proof that it wasn't my fault, they still said no to my claim and now I'm in a really tough spot financially. It's like they don't care at all about supporting me or being there for me when I need them most. It's making me feel even more stressed and worried about what's going to happen next.

I waited two days for a call back that never happened, so I had to call again. I ended up facing the same frustrating situation all over again.     I recently bought an insurance policy from a company, but things didn't go too well. After having the policy for just two months, I decided to cancel it.     I've bought motorcycle insurance recently, but I'm having loads of problems with the policy.     Cancelled my policy after two months with them and had to pay 50% of the total policy.
    Had to set up a payment plan with them because of the total amount owed.
    There is a very good reason why they are cheap just don’t understand how what they do can be legal!

    Rang to cancel my insurance with 6 months remaining , when I finally got through was told I would receive nothing back ! Having now read other reviews for lexham seems this is a common thread with their service ..they appear to be reasonably priced , bit then once that have your money they keep it . Assistant I spoke too was rude and kept repeating a few practised quotes without explaining why they thought they could keep all of my money ! Would never use this company again , I've been insuring motorbikes for 40 years and this is the worst service I have encountered
    Leaves you with the feeling you have been robbed. I advise others to read a few other review sites where their rating is far lower before using this company .. . there's a reason why their quotes are cheap ! If I could leave zero stars I would ... and strangely their reviews page on their website won't let me upload a poor review of them .. just saying

    The worst company I have ever dealt with ,do not answer phone and complete rip off advertise cheap price on fishing sites such as compare .com then find a reason to double quote or charge £50 cancellation fee on a £300 policy that run for 2 days. Do not use comparison sites they are built for cowboys like these to rob you .
