Surprisingly, I got a response really quickly, within 24 hours, apologising and giving me back the discount.     Windscreen damage claim

    I had to make a claim after accidental windscreen damage on a rental car in Switzerland, and had to pay a £1400 excess charge. The process through the website was pretty straightforward, with a bunch of documents to upload, but all easy to get from well-known rental companies. The claim was sorted out quickly, fully paid without any bother, and really put my mind at ease. Customer service was brilliant too, with clear info before I claimed and hardly any waiting on the helpline. In general, really happy with the service and definitely going to get a policy every year from now on.

    Quick and easy car insurance excess cover

    I've been coming to this place for a while now, and I have to say, the service I've gotten has been excellent.
