I was happy to see that the cover they provide is thorough and competitively priced. However, it's worth pointing out that there are some specific security rules customers need to follow to keep their coverage active. In my situation, I had to get an extra clamp for my garage to meet their security standards, but they made this clear and didn't bury it in the small print.
E-bike insurance for racing and accessories
I've just got insurance for my £5000 e-bike for racing, including some extra accessories. Adding on the optional extras was easy peasy. The monthly premium is only £17.88, which seems quite fair for what you get. Make sure you read through the policy properly so you know exactly what's covered and add on any extras you might need. They also suggested taking detailed pictures of all your gear, locks, frame numbers, and any pricey accessories for your records. Just a heads up, it might not be worth insuring a second-hand bike unless it's really valuable.

I've had to make a claim with this bike insurance company recently, and I have to admit, they were really quick in getting back to me. Bike insurance policy purchase
I had a bit of trouble buying bike insurance because it wasn't clear what I needed to make a claim. The company did give me the stuff I needed, but they didn't really explain clearly what I had to do to make a successful claim. I found out later that some of the claim requirements were in different documents, hidden away in all the small print and terms and conditions. My claim got turned down just because of the type of lock I used on my bike, which seemed strange to me because if a thief has the right tools, any lock can be cut. Even after I gave them more evidence, they still rejected my appeal without even acknowledging it.

Well, you know, I thought this bike insurance thing would be good, but it was really bad. The service was awful, and the terms and conditions were just unbelievable. I wouldn't recommend them at all, it was just a complete waste of time and money. I won't be using them again, that's for sure.
