Auto insurance renewal
Recently, my auto insurance renewal was a nightmare. I was taken aback to see that it had automatically renewed at a much higher price without me even getting a quote! I usually take the time to check out all my choices and pick the best one, so this felt like a breach of my trust. It's really annoying to think that I was denied the chance to decide on my insurance policy. This total lack of communication and honesty is just not on.
Car insurance renewal
I had a bit of a rubbish time trying to renew my car insurance the other day. Even though I made it clear I didn't want it to renew automatically, I didn't get any kind of heads up or paperwork with a new quote. I had to ring up the company myself to find out the cost for the renewal. They told me they would send the documents over, but they never came. It was really annoying and not very professional of them to not follow through. You would think they'd be more on the ball when it comes to something as crucial as making sure my car is covered.
Switched from previous provider to a new one
I'd been with my old insurance company for years, then suddenly found out they'd moved me to a different one without even telling me. And to top it all off, my premium had gone up without any warning! I was absolutely sick of their sneaky ways, so I decided to have a look around at other options. Direct debit payment issue
I was really let down by my experience with this company. I'd set up a direct debit for my insurance payments, and even though I had enough money in my account, they still charged me £27 for missing a payment. It was so annoying because my usual direct debit is only £11. I thought it was totally unfair to hit me with such a big fee on top of my regular payment.
