This kind of treatment is totally not okay and no customer should put up with it. I think this behaviour is not only wrong but it could possibly be against the law too. I really recommend that anyone thinking of using this company should think again and find another place for their insurance.

I've bought motorcycle insurance recently, but I'm having loads of problems with the policy. Even though I have a certificate from the insurance company, I've been pulled over by the police multiple times, and they've said my bike isn't insured. It's really frustrating and worrying because I could end up in trouble with the law. Sadly, I haven't been able to get in touch with the insurance company to sort this out, so I'm feeling stuck and not sure what to do next.

I bought car insurance from this company and it was a nightmare. Even though I gave them all the info they needed, they still cancelled my policy not just once, but three times for no reason at all. It was so annoying and let me down, especially because I picked them for their good prices. But all these hidden fees and the hassle of their bad communication and service made me wish I hadn't. I really wouldn't recommend using this company - what seems cheap at first actually turns out to be a big mistake in the end.
New Bike Insurance
Their customer service is absolutely dreadful. I was left waiting on hold for ages and constantly being passed around to different departments just to sort out my policy for my new bike. In the end, I had to completely start over with a new policy because I couldn't reach anyone to assist me. It was a complete nightmare!

Rang to cancel my insurance with 6 months remaining , when I finally got through was told I would receive nothing back ! Having now read other reviews for lexham seems this is a common thread with their service ..they appear to be reasonably priced , bit then once that have your money they keep it . Assistant I spoke too was rude and kept repeating a few practised quotes without explaining why they thought they could keep all of my money ! Would never use this company again , I've been insuring motorbikes for 40 years and this is the worst service I have encountered
Leaves you with the feeling you have been robbed. I advise others to read a few other review sites where their rating is far lower before using this company .. . there's a reason why their quotes are cheap ! If I could leave zero stars I would ... and strangely their reviews page on their website won't let me upload a poor review of them .. just saying
