Travel insurance purchase for working holiday with addition of winter sports coverage
I bought travel insurance from Outbacker Insurance for my working holiday trip. While I was away, I decided I needed to add coverage for winter sports. Tomas and Zyreena from the customer service team were really helpful and quick in sorting out the changes to my policy. They were great at answering my questions and making sure I was all set for my winter activities. I was really impressed with how professional and helpful they were. Big thanks to the team at Outbacker Insurance for making everything run smoothly for me!

I had a great conversation with Muskaan, the lady from the travel insurance company. She was really helpful and nice. She knew everything I asked about and made everything super easy and stress-free. I felt like I was in safe hands with her assistance.

The person I spoke to on the phone was really understanding and empathetic about my situation, which made me feel a lot better during such a stressful time. I was impressed by how fast and efficiently they handled my claim, which resulted in a full refund for all my medical expenses and the emergency flight back home (minus the excess). It only took about a month from my first contact with them to getting the money back in my account, which was a pleasant surprise. I didn't have high hopes for making an insurance claim for the first time, but Outbacker Insurance really went the extra mile to support me when I needed it most. I travel alot, somtime it is a fun sometime, it just exhaust. But still it is part of my job and I have to make my lifestyle according to it. Having constant flights and journeys, Outbacker suggested me of some great insuance packages for travelers and backers, They are quite specialized. So I really liked that. It is easy to understand, policy is quite favour, covers eveything could go bad.
This is a company generated review. You will never see positivity from people who try to claim. Outbacker gives you an expensive bit of paper for your hard earned money. For the many people having trouble claiming contact your finanical ombudsman service. These people are heroes and will listen.
