Annual travel insurance
I took out an annual travel insurance policy in Feb 2020. I looked for them for a refund for a villa and despite many emails I could not get through. I viewed their policy onlince which does not cover covid and have asked them for a refund of my policy as it is not fit for purpose. I have still todate had no contact.
WOULD NOT USE AGAIN!Holiday insurance for my trip to australia in march.
I have been trying to contact this company for over three months. I have given them my details and they have not replied. They are terrible.

I do realise problems companies are having to date ,however after emailing 6 times, telephoning to be told we get back to you in 72 hours this is two weeks and after reading reviews which I should have read earlier. It seems this is not because of the Covid situation we are having but how they run their business .this is one company I will never use again.Communication is obviously not their forte

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY:
I have sent several messages to them re a refund of £60
This was initially requested 3 days after purchase, so well within the time scale
I intend to take this furtherexcess travel car insurance
Do not use this service. I had an annual policy which was due to auto-renew on tyre 18th of March 2020 and I was notified 21 days before renewal to give me the option of not renewing. I tried to phone them 5 times and never had the phone picked up, I tried to cancel online as instructed but it never works so you can't cancel. I e-mailed them 3 times on the e mail address indicated in their web site cancellations@rockinsurance.com and asked them to confirm they had received my e mails, they never did!
This morning, the 19th of March 2020 I received my new certificate online and £39.50 has been deducted from my bank account.
I have lost 2 jobs this week due to coronavirus and this is extremely unhelpful and distressing. They are designed never to enable you to cancel your policy whatever means you try and I will never use them again and ~I advise you not too either!Travel Insurance
I had an accident whilst on holiday in Dubai that wasn't my fault that resulted in fractures to my ankle, foot and a torn ligament. I am still in a cast boot 8 weeks on and my business has suffered big losses as I cant do my role. Big blue refused to pay many of the out of pocket expenses I incurred, all they would cover was the cost of the medical treatment minus the £99 excess. Also my varifocal glasses were smashed so I had to buy replacement ones, however they will not pay the full cost of my glasses, have taken money off for wear and tear and also taken the excess of £99 off me again, so i have paid this excess twice, totalling £198! Apparently I can't claim for personal accident as I am not dead and have not lost a limb!?! Two months on and I am still in a cast boot, my business has lost loads of revenue and I am still in much pain. It has also taken them 2 months to settle this claim. Dreadful service, won't buy insurance from them again
I had change my travel date for 29-02-2020 could you confirm that pleas
