my car decided to break down when i was having an important meeting and it was so urgent for me to reach my office on time. I dialed QDOUS and they helped me out. i am never going to forget this company
Vehicle electronic ignition lock failed. Called out Qdos who wanted additional £95.00 to recover it to home (fair enough, my choice). However they then charged an additional £136.00 to put the front wheels on skids to move round as steering had locked. Claimed this as "specialist recovery equipment". What a load of bull. Nowhere in their policy does it say this. The only specialist equipment is if it has left the road. Driver was stranded for 5 hours and paid up just to get home. Currently fighting Qdos for a refund. I'd go to the AA from now on.
