    Two-year customer, excellent phone conversation

    I've been a customer of Motoring Assistance for the last couple of years. Luckily, I haven't needed to use their services yet, so I can't really say much about their emergency assistance. But I can definitely vouch for their phone service. The people I've spoken to have always been friendly, helpful, and really on the ball with my questions. They've given me all the info I needed in a clear and straightforward way, which makes me feel reassured that they'll be there for me if I ever do need them in the future.

    Affordable and efficient cover

    I recently got myself some motor assistance cover and I must say, I was quite pleased with how simple and affordable it was compared to other companies.     Still kept the money though!

    They provide the same benefits and services as the ... companies but at a much more affordable price while allowing me to completely customize my cover plan. They also answer very quickly and come prepared to help with a dead car battery or if you’re stuck with fuel so overall a good company to use.

    Breakdown Recovery Policy

    I signed up for Motoring Assistance by mistake, thinking it was a different breakdown recovery site. The website was easy to use and pay but I noticed many members only giving one star for the breakdown service, which worried me. I asked to cancel my policy and got an email confirming a full refund, but I'm still waiting for it to show up in my bank account.

It was so handy not having to carry any documents and just using my phone number for ID. The peace of mind knowing they're there as a backup if something goes wrong with my car is just invaluable.     Faulty battery and alternator replacement

    Don't worry about the scary title, my engine didn't really die. It was just the battery and alternator playing up and needing to be changed. Luckily, a mechanic showed up at my house quickly and sorted out getting my car to a nearby repair shop. I was really happy with the service I got, it was quick and easy.
