Policy discussion issue
I had a bit of a problem when I was trying to talk about my policy with customer service. I tried to get in touch with them through the contact form on their website a few times, but I didn't hear back from them. It was really annoying not hearing anything back, and it made me think their customer service wasn't great. But in the end, TopDog Insurance did get in touch with me and sorted everything out.
Medical travel insurance
I've got quite a few health issues which made it really tricky for me to get travel insurance from the big companies who say they cover everything. But I was really pleased when TopDog Insurance agreed to cover me. I decided to go for their worldwide gold cover for multiple trips and I thought the price was pretty fair. I've just renewed my insurance with TopDog for another year and got a 10% bonus for not making any claims. The whole application process was really quick and simple, only took me about 10 minutes. I'm grateful for the loyalty TopDog has shown me and I'm definitely planning to stick with them as a customer.

I recently renewed my insurance policy with this company and I have to say, I was quite happy with how easy and quick the whole thing was. I've bought a single trip policy from this company before as a customer. They first offered me a discount on another policy, which I thought was good. But then, I got a surprise discount on my single trip policy after I bought it. It was quite surprising because I wasn't expecting such a generous offer.
