Quick and easy renewal process
I recently renewed my insurance policy with this company and I have to say, I was quite happy with how easy and quick the whole thing was. The usual fuss with renewing insurances came up, but the person I spoke to was really nice and helpful all the way through. It was nice to feel like they cared about me and my needs. That being said, I do think it would be better if the whole renewal process could be made more simple and happen automatically, like some other companies do. And having to give three forms of ID, including my full address, did seem a bit much. In general, I was pretty happy with how things went, but I reckon there's definitely some room to make things even smoother and easier when it comes to renewing.

I am an avid traveller and constant flying to various cities for my various journalism projects. One of my uncles in Boston suggested me to have a travel insurance.
