I needed to sort out a new policy quickly, so I sent an email to the company. But instead of just sending me to their website like most companies do, they actually gave me a call. The person who helped me out on the phone was really friendly and knowledgeable. They suggested some options I hadn't thought about, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
