I first spotted a delicate gold necklace in a little boutique — a friend had tipped me off — and I was tempted but a bit wary because I'd read comments about returns. Still, I bought it and honestly, the piece is lovely; I wear it all the time and it hasn't lost its charm. My doubts eased about the quality but not completely about support. I returned another item once, got a credit notice, yet the refund never reached my card and the company barely replied, so I had to involve my bank. So yes, beautiful jewellery and good value, just be careful ordering online — shop in person if you want peace of mind.
Sorted in the end, but what a faff
it was eventually sorted and I’m relieved, but getting there was a proper faff. I ordered a bit of jewellery, paid, got a tracking number and four days later it said delivered — but I never saw it. Spent ages calling, WhatsApp-ing and emailing, dozens of messages and a few angry-ish calls. They did answer once and said they’d look into it, then went quiet for days. I kept trying and eventually they came back, traced it and re-sent the item. My wife actually has a few pieces from them already and they are nice, so I kinda wanted to trust them. Still, the silence and the not-picking-up was annoying and could have been handled way better. Anyway, grateful it ended up okay, just warning that if something goes wrong be prepared to chase. Could’ve been quicker, but pleased with the final outcome.
Looks nice, poor follow-up
don't expect decent aftercare. I bought a pricey necklace in July and wore it almost every day — to work, on weekends, the lot. The chain and clasp were fine and it looked the part, but by November the central stone had come loose and eventually fell out. I sent photos and receipts to customer care and kept getting asked for the same info I’d already provided, so it felt very automated. They said they'd replace it free of charge, I asked how that would happen and then radio silence for three weeks. So, not perfect — the piece itself was okay while it lasted, but durability and support let it down.
