I had to get in touch with customer services about getting a returns label for something I bought. After trying four times, they told me they couldn't send me the label. It's been really frustrating because all I wanted to do was return the item.
Clothing

Oversized shorts, credit refund
I recently purchased some shorts that turned out to be too big for me, which was a bit disappointing. I was surprised to learn that I couldn't return them because they were on sale. However, the customer service team pleasantly surprised me by offering a credit refund equal to the purchase amount without needing to send back the shorts. I must say, I really appreciate their understanding and generosity in this situation. Even though the shorts didn't fit, I'm pleased with how the company handled the issue.
