T-shirt order cancelled without explanation
I was really disappointed when my order got cancelled for no reason. I had to contact customer service to find out why my parcel disappeared, but even then, I still didn't get my refund after they cancelled it.

I had to get in touch with customer services about getting a returns label for something I bought. After trying four times, they told me they couldn't send me the label. It's been really frustrating because all I wanted to do was return the item.

I ordered something ages ago and I still haven't received it! I contacted them, and it took ages for them to reply. They asked me to fill in a form, which I did. But it's been such a long time and I still haven't heard back from them. I'm really frustrated! Just give me my order or refund my money, please!

My experience with the order was generally good. The item came on time and looked just like it did in the picture. But, it was too big for me so I had to send it back. The return went smoothly, but I was a bit let down that the refund didn't cover the shipping fee.
