Printer purchase, quick delivery
So, when I bought my 3D printer from this place, I was pretty worried because I'd seen plenty of bad reviews on Trustpilot. But you know what? It turned up in just 2 days and the delivery was free. It felt like a dream come true! The printer was in great condition and they also have a variety of cool filaments, tools, and spare parts to choose from. I will definitely be buying from them again if they continue to be this awesome!
Anycubic Cobra Neo
I bought the Anycubic Cobra Neo printer more than a year ago and I've been having some random problems with the bed heating. Dealing with their customer service has been a bit of a nightmare, to be honest. They told me to watch the printer for three hours and keep a record until the error message popped up, which I thought was a bit much. I did manage to send them a picture of the error message, but they weren't satisfied and still wanted me to do the monitoring thing. I think this will be my final buy from this company and their brand.
Delayed delivery, inaccurate shipping information
I made a purchase from this company because they said my order would arrive in 1 to 3 days. But, after I ordered on April 10th, I didn't get a shipping confirmation by April 12th. When I contacted customer service, they told me my delivery date had been changed. This happened a few times, and it made me feel annoyed and let down. Even though I ordered items that were meant to be in stock, the whole shipping process was not good.
Awesome filament
I recently purchased some amazing filament from 3DJake and it was fantastic. The person I spoke to was really friendly and assisted me in determining the right type to buy. Bundle order of filament and resin

Neptune 4 MAX
I recently bought the Neptune 4 MAX from this shop, but I was a bit disappointed as the hardware wasn't up to scratch. However, their customer service was top-notch. When I got in touch about the problem, they quickly sorted me out with a return ticket and gave me a full refund. broken item
I ordered this thing, and when it arrived, it was not new at all! It was dirty and gross, and there wasn't even a serial number on it. I tried to talk to them about it, but they were unhelpful and mean. They won't even replace it, so now I'm stuck with this yucky and broken thing. Ugh, I'm never buying from them again!
BIQU Panda Revo Hotend
I recently ordered a BIQU Panda Revo Hotend component from 3DJake on April 19th. Unfortunately, I've been receiving notifications of delays since then. Even though they initially said they would ship it after the second delay on May 27th, they later changed their minds and didn't give a new delivery date. This back and forth with uncertain information has really messed up my work plans and made me doubt how reliable they are.
Cool filaments
I don't understand why people are complaining, this place is actually quite good! The prices are reasonable, the deliveries are always punctual, and the products they make are pretty good. The filament they use is really top quality! The only downside is that they haven't sorted out my missing order request. I mean, seriously, that's basic customer service! It's not a major issue, but it does make me question if they may be missing other important things too...
FLSU V400 still under warranty
Recently, I bought an FLSU V400 printer that was still under warranty. Unfortunately, I had a problem with one of the parts. I tried to get help through email as told on the website, but I was really disappointed with the support I got. It took days to get answers to my questions, even for simple ones. I gave all the info they asked for, like screenshots, checks, and tests, but the problem wasn't fixed after several weeks. When I asked about sending the broken part for repair or replacement at my own cost, they said they could only help remotely. Because of this, the warranty didn't seem very useful and I had to buy the spare part from somewhere else. Overall, I was very unhappy with the customer service experience.
Filament purchase
I recently bought some filament from this website. I thought it was a UK company at first, but it turned out to be a foreign company using a UK front. My order took ages to arrive, which was annoying because I didn't realise it was coming from abroad when I ordered. I like to support local businesses, and I discovered I could get the same products in the UK without having to wait for imports. I've had a better time with another UK company, 3dfilaprint, as they deliver quicker and have a phone customer service team available.
Filament purchase
I ordered some filament and managed to get free postage on two rolls. It was posted the next day and arrived two days later. The delivery was super quick from Austria to the UK. I was happy with the products, the Fillamentum roll and the 3DJake own brand roll both worked really well. Although I did find that the own brand roll needed a bit more heat to prevent clogs.

My order came through in just 2-3 working days and everything was spot on. The printer is ticking over nicely too. I did have a problem with a blocked hotend, but the support team sorted me out with a replacement hotend covered by warranty in no time. The whole exchange was dead simple. Recent online purchase
I bought something online not long ago and it was such a letdown. They said they'd sent my package, but when I asked the courier, they had no idea about it. And the tracking info they gave me didn't match the actual courier handling my delivery. I just want to be told the truth about where my order is, instead of being fed wrong details.

I've ordered a few times from this place and they've always been really helpful whenever I've had a problem. There was a bit of a hiccup with UPS but it didn't really bother me too much - I'm not in a rush anyway. I do appreciate that they're still going strong throughout all this corona situation.

Spare parts
I have to admit, overall, the site is brilliant, but there are a couple of things that bug me a bit. For one thing, some of their prices are just crazy, I mean, who's going to shell out that much for a basic spare part? Despite that, I have to give them props for delivering on their promises, which is the most important thing for me. My orders always turn up within a week, sometimes even quicker, even when I'm in a remote spot in Europe. So, if you need spare parts delivered fast and without any hassle, this site is a solid option.
