Cargo pants purchase
I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered two pairs of cargo pants that didn't fit, so I returned them with all the paperwork and tags. But then they refused to give me a refund because one tag was missing a string. The customer service was no help at all, they were like robots and wouldn't listen to reason or sort out the problem properly. I had to get PayPal and trading standards involved to finally get my money back. This company is really unprofessional and their dodgy business practices are really disappointing.
Fit and material quality
I really love the products I bought from here. The fit and material quality are absolutely top-notch. I love how much attention to detail and craftsmanship goes into creating each item. The fit is always spot on, and the material feels amazing against my skin. You can definitely see that a lot of thought and care goes into designing and producing these pieces, and it really shines through in the final product.
Mislabelled package, incorrect postcode
I bought something online last week and it didn't go well. My package ended up at the wrong place because of a postcode mistake. The delivery guy got in touch to let me know what happened, so I called customer service for help. But they didn't want to own up to the mistake or make things right. They just told me to sort it out with the courier myself. It was really annoying and it took up a lot of my time. I'd say be careful before ordering from this store.
Christmas gift sets and clothing items
I bought some Christmas gift sets and clothes for my family recently, and they really loved them! The products were top quality and the prices were great value for money. I'm excited for when the brand brings out their women's collection, I'm sure it will be just as amazing as their men's range.
A pair of slim-fit jeans
After I ordered a pair of slim-fit jeans online, they arrived with a different company name which made me doubt if they were genuine. Noticing this mix-up made me worry about the authenticity of the jeans I bought. I contacted customer service to get some answers, but their explanation didn't really clear things up. This whole situation left me unsure about the quality of the product and how transparent the brand really is.
Polo shirts
I just bought some polo shirts online and I was really pleased with how it all went. The ordering was easy peasy and I liked getting updates on when my stuff was being sent out and when it would arrive. I had to send something back because it didn't fit me, but they kept me in the loop the whole way and sorted things out quickly - from dropping off the parcel to getting my money back in no time at all. All in all, it was a good shopping experience.
Awesome help from store employee
I popped into the shop and met this bloke called Alexei who was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond to help me track down this awesome t-shirt design I had seen ages ago, even though they were out of stock. He searched high and low, and even pointed me in the direction of another store where I might find it. When the till messed up my discount code, he came to the rescue by letting me use his phone instead. What a top lad! I was so grateful for his help that I went back today and bought a different t-shirt just because of how great he was.
