Perfume purchase
I bought some perfume from this store not too long ago. I hadn't heard of the brand before, but after reading some good reviews, I thought I'd give it a try. I was really pleased with the perfume and how nice the store was. The prices were great and they had a good choice of products. I'll definitely think about shopping there again.
Online order
I ordered something online a few weeks ago and it was a total letdown. Didn't even get an email confirmation after all this time. Plus, the money was just sitting in my account without any word from them. I looked everywhere for a message, even checked my spam folder, but nothing. When I contacted their customer service, I kept getting asked for the order number over and over, even though I had already explained everything.

Fake fragrance purchase
I bought a perfume from this store not long ago and it's a shame to say it was a fake. I tried to get in touch with customer service, but all they told me was that their products come from legit places. Yet, the reviews on their social media show otherwise. It's pretty disheartening to see that any criticism gets removed right away, which doesn't seem very honest or transparent.
