Expensive face creams purchase
I recently bought some pricey face creams from the store, hoping for top-notch products. Sadly, when the package arrived, I discovered that one of the creams had been opened and used. I was really let down by this, as I was expecting the store to have better quality control. I tried reaching out to customer service via email twice about the problem, but they couldn't give me a satisfactory solution or refund. I'm thinking of getting in touch with the brand directly about this issue, as I'm sure they wouldn't be happy with their products being sold in such a state. Overall, I wouldn't recommend ordering from this store, as they are selling unsuitable and used products.
Purchased two skincare products
I bought two skincare products from Active Care Store recently. Unfortunately, when the parcel arrived, there was only one item inside and no delivery note. I got in touch with the store straight away about the missing product. They asked me to send a video of me opening the parcel, which I thought was a bit much since I just expected my full order to be there to begin with. I've emailed them multiple times but haven't had a response yet. I should have checked the reviews first, as I see now that this is a common issue for other customers too. I'm thinking about contacting the brand directly because this level of customer service is just not on. I'm really disappointed with the whole experience from Active Care Store, to be honest.
Best price, accurate delivery time
I had a brilliant time shopping at Active Care Store. Everything went smoothly without any problems, and I managed to get the product at the best price possible. The communication was spot on, I was given accurate information about the delivery time, so I didn't have to waste time hanging about all day.
Customer service experience
As a customer at Active Care Store, I have to say that my experience was really not great. Right from when I ordered, I had so many problems. The thing I bought didn't arrive when they said it would, and when I tried to get help, I didn't hear anything back. It was so frustrating not getting any help or updates from them, and I wouldn't suggest shopping there to anyone.
Damaged/fake goods
I had a really awful experience with this store. I ordered something that I thought would be good quality, but instead got damaged and possibly fake items. To make matters worse, I tried to contact them several times via email, but got no reply. The lack of customer service is so disappointing, I would definitely not recommend shopping here.
Aftershave Purchase
My experience with Active Care Store was really disappointing. I ordered two bottles of aftershave in August but got the wrong product. I tried to contact them many times through email but they just ignored me. It was so frustrating that I eventually decided to return the order, hoping for a refund or the right product. But now it's November and I'm still £70 out of pocket with no sign of a refund or replacement. The way this company ignored me and didn't care about customer service is just not on. I strongly recommend avoiding them, their customer service is terrible and they seem to be dishonest.
Magnifying glass purchase
The ordering process was really easy, and I was so impressed with how the store kept me in the loop about when my magnifying glass would arrive. It came quickly and was in perfect condition. I've bought things from other places before, but Active Care Store really impressed me with their top-notch service. I'll definitely be shopping with them again because my whole experience was so smooth.
Mont Blanc Legent Spirit 100m EDT spray for men
I bought the Mont Blanc Legend Spirit 100m EDT spray for men from Active Care Store not long ago. I was really pleasantly surprised when the product arrived in good condition just 2 days after ordering. Despite some bad reviews, I can confirm that the product is definitely the real deal. Big thanks to Active Care Store for getting it to me quickly and for selling the real thing.
Perfume purchase
I wish I had checked the reviews before buying from this store. They're flogging dodgy fake perfumes for three times the price you'd find on other sites. It's shocking that they think they can get away with charging so much for products that aren't even real. I don't mind copycat brands as long as they're upfront about it and offer a fair price, but this store is just plain dishonest with their marketing tricks.

I must say, I was really impressed by my experience with this store. The perfume I bought was not only a great price, but it was exactly what I was expecting. The delivery was really quick too, which was a nice surprise. I'll definitely be shopping with them again in the future.
Unsuccessful Order Delivery
I'm really disappointed with my experience at the Active Care Store. I ordered something that was supposed to be delivered, but it never arrived at my address. Based on this bad experience, I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.
Issey Miyake perfume purchase
I bought an Issey Miyake perfume from this store not long ago, and to be honest, I was really let down by the whole thing. The product turned up all bashed up, and when I had a proper look at it, it was obviously a fake. I've tried getting in touch via email a few times, but I've not had a single peep back from their customer service team. I've even gone as far as getting PayPal involved and I've contacted the brand directly to let them know about this dodgy behaviour. Honestly, I'd suggest giving this store a miss and checking out the reviews on Trustpilot before splashing out.
Good quality goods
I bought some stuff from the shop and I was happy with how good they were. They looked just like they did online and were in good shape. But I was a bit surprised by how big the box was compared to what was inside. It was a bit too much packaging. Unfortunately, I had to go pick up the package from the delivery company's place because they didn't tell me when it would arrive, which was a hassle.

I've just bought the Elemis Rehydrating Ginseng Toner from Active Care Store and I must say, I was really pleased with the price. It was a lot cheaper than anywhere else I'd looked online. Expired product
I was really let down by my most recent purchase from Active Care Store because they actually sent me a product that was already out of date. Even after sending back the item and showing them proof of the problem, I still haven't got my money back. Honestly, their customer service is just not up to scratch, so I wouldn't advise buying anything from that store.

I absolutely love Active Care Store! I recently purchased a perfume from them and it was absolutely fantastic. The prices were really reasonable and I could tell the perfume was definitely the real deal. I've been shopping with them for about a year now and I will definitely be returning for more. Overcharged and ignored
I made a purchase from that shop recently and it's been an absolute nightmare. I was charged too much for an item, spent a lot of money, but still haven't received my order. I've been really frustrated for weeks now, sending loads of emails to their customer service team, only to either get ignored or given some excuse about the courier.
Hair conditioner purchase
I ordered a hair conditioner from this shop recently and I have to say I'm really happy with it. It came quickly, although the packaging was a bit damaged. Luckily, the conditioner inside was fine so it didn't bother me too much. The website was easy to use, making ordering simple. All in all, I was impressed with the whole experience.

I recently bought a BareMinerals Foundation from Active Care Store and I must say, I'm really happy with how it all turned out. The delivery was super quick, coming within the promised 1-2 days, and the product was in perfect condition when it arrived. The prices at the store were also really good, which is why I decided to buy from them - I saved around £7.00 compared to other shops.
