Skincare products
I recently bought some skincare bits from this company and I have to admit, I'm pretty happy with the quality of them. They actually did what they said they would! The way you place an order was a bit tricky and it could be easier to understand. The staff were really good at what they do and were quite helpful, but they could work on talking to customers a bit better. The prices weren't too bad for what I got. The delivery was quick and the products turned up in great condition.
Youthful skin investment
I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the amazing service I got at the cosmetics store. Michelle, the consultant, was absolutely fantastic - so helpful, patient, and really knew her stuff. She gave me all the advice I needed to choose the right skincare products for me. I'm so grateful for how quickly she answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I've been using the skincare products from this company for some time now, and I have to admit, they've really made a noticeable difference to how my skin looks. Eye serum purchase
The sales approach in that store is really full-on, almost too much to handle. I ended up agreeing to a free trial of the eye serum, but I made it clear that I wasn't going to make any commitments until I'd looked into it myself. The salesperson kept pushing the offer, claiming it was a limited-time deal and trying to pressure me into buying then and there. Luckily, I stuck to my guns. Later on, I noticed that the eye they applied the serum to actually looked worse than the other one. It's a sign that there might be something dodgy going on with their products. I'd advise anyone to be wary of their pushy sales tactics.
Under the age treatment and projector facial machine
I was just walking past their shop when this lovely chap called Simon caught our attention with his friendly chat and smart advice. He easily identified my skin issues and suggested the ideal products for me. The treatment he recommended did wonders for me, and even my partner Steve was impressed with the outcome. I also treated myself to the facial projector machine for my chin and forehead wrinkles, and I have to say, the results were amazing. I had a really great facial session with machine LED and stem cells not long ago. The staff were so helpful and explained everything really well. Ann was particularly good and talked me through each stage of the treatment, while Michelle gave me some great skincare tips. I can't wait for my next session!
Recent skincare purchase
I recently bought some skincare products from this company and I have to say, I was pretty happy with what I got. The quality seemed top-notch and I could see my skin looking better after using them for a few weeks. But, I did have a bit of a problem with the packaging - one of the items came a bit bashed up.

During my recent trip to Las Vegas, I decided to treat myself to some beauty products. At first, I was a bit taken aback by the eager salesperson trying to convince me to try their products, but after Dianna applied them to my skin, I was absolutely impressed. The products felt so good on my skin, and the lovely scent was an extra treat. Since using them, I've definitely seen a big improvement in my skin and how it looks. I'm really happy to see my fine lines slowly fading away, all thanks to these amazing products.
I have to give a shoutout to Mechelle in Customer Service for her outstanding help. When I realised one of my serum bottles wasn't working properly, she quickly sorted out a replacement to be sent over. Not only that, but she also took the time to answer all my questions about the products, explaining the ingredients, how they work, and how to apply them properly. Wrinkle filler eye cream
The eye cream I got from this place is absolutely amazing! I had tried a different brand before, but it was discontinued. This one is even better - my wrinkles have disappeared and my skin looks incredibly smooth. I will definitely be purchasing it again.

I bought a skincare product from this shop recently and I'm disappointed with my experience. The customer service wasn't great, I didn't feel like I was getting the help I needed. The product itself didn't meet my expectations and I've decided to return it unopened within a week of buying it. I'll keep an eye on getting a refund as their policy states and will update my review based on that. I suggest others approach with caution if thinking of buying from this store.
Puffy eyes remedy
I went to a store in Las Vegas where I was helped by a really nice guy named Gal. He knew a lot and gave me great advice on how to deal with my puffy eyes after a tiring flight. I would strongly advise steering clear of this company! I was really let down by the skincare product I purchased from them. It didn't deliver on its promises and ended up irritating my skin. Their explanation about dirty applicators causing the issue was just plain silly. It seemed like a low-quality product dressed up in fancy packaging with a hefty price attached. Do yourself a favour and search for better skincare options elsewhere.

Keep hold of your cash and head to a reputable medical skincare clinic where you can find high-quality products at a reasonable cost, as well as treatments from experts like aestheticians and nurse practitioners who really know their stuff. Your skin will definitely appreciate it!
Instant Results, Knowledgeable Staff
I had a great time at this cosmetics store. The guy working there, Nicolas, really knew his stuff when it came to the products and treatments I wanted to try. I saw immediate results from the treatments and I can't wait to see how they'll benefit my skin in the long run. Even my sister, who was doubtful at first, was amazed by the results and wanted to give them a go herself. I'm especially excited to see if the product I bought will help with my psoriasis. Oh my gosh, I just can't believe how incredible these face creams and face masks are! Honestly, I feel like a posh princess every time I use them. The therapist and skin specialist were like actual magic fairies, my skin looks so good. I'm completely hooked on Agora Cosmetics now!
Lipstick and Eyeliner
I was really let down by the delivery service this company uses. I've been a loyal customer for a while and never had any problems until recently when two of my orders were taken because the delivery company, Evri, just left them outside without even bothering to knock. When I contacted the company for a refund, they asked for a crime report number, which I provided straight away. But even after giving them what they asked for, they still refused to give me a refund and just brushed me off. The lack of customer service and care is just shocking.
Acne masks and teeth whitening kit
I was really let down by my purchase from Agora Cosmetics. I thought there would be some great makeup or skincare stuff on their website, but all I got was acne masks and a teeth whitening kit, which I didn't even want. Other people had received much better stuff, like makeup and skincare, according to the reviews I read. Wasting £17.99 on things I won't use was such a waste of money, and now I feel really disappointed with the whole shopping experience.
SKIN PRODUCTS
I had a skin that requires close monitoring because it changes based on weather and more. It could be oily in one weather and becomes dry in another weather within a space of time. So that calls for a need to consult skincare manufacturers. That led to consulting Agora Cosmetics who carried out due checks on my skin and made necessary prescriptions on the type of products to use. One of such was Lifting Hydration which helps in dehydrating the skin and creating moisture. Based on results, I can attest that the product has performed effectively. I have also used other of the products which equally work. Agora Cosmetics products are great and effective. I recommend to anyone who has skin challenges.
