£300 wall fan purchase
Hey everyone, I splashed out on this really pricey wall fan from here, and you know what? It arrived without any bubble wrap or foam for protection! This is actually the second time I've purchased this fan, and on both occasions, the shutters were a bit wonky. They seem to be functioning okay for now, but I'm worried they might have been damaged during delivery without me realising! I'm just hoping they don't stop working on me any time soon.
Office aircon delivery
I ordered an office aircon and made sure to mention I needed it on the 2nd floor. I reminded the courier on the phone too. But, they still left it in reception. When I contacted Customer Services, they just told me to take it upstairs myself. It's so annoying that they can't handle delivering heavy things properly if they're going to sell electronics.
Incorrect order received
I had a really bad experience with AirConCentre recently. I bought a specific product from them, but they sent me the wrong item. When I tried to get help from customer service, they showed no interest in fixing the mistake. Because of their lack of care, I had to let down a client because I couldn't meet their needs due to AirConCentre's error. In the end, I had to buy the right product from a different company, wasting both time and money.

Portable air conditioning unit
Dreadful company! Customer service is non-existant, didn't meet their committed delivery times and blamed the courier, failed to even share simple order confirmations. Stay well clear!
Aircon unit
We bought an air-con unit to keep one of our rooms cool during the peak Summer heat. The unit arrived with a small faulty fitting which caused hot air to leak back out of the exhaust into the room.
We had the absolutely agonizing experience of trying to sort this out with one of the worse customer service reps I have ever met - Hettie.
She typically takes over a MONTH to reply at a time, if she replies at all. When she does actually decide to reply, she ignores everything you've said - you end up repeating yourself and waiting at least another month for the next response.
She offered for us to send the entire unit back for replacement, but said we would have to pay for delivery - all we needed was a tiny plastic fitting that couldn't have been more than a few pounds. After half of the Summer had passed, she finally agreed to send a replacement for the faulty part...
Despite providing multiple pictures of the fauly part, she send a completely different part to us.
We have continued to try to resolve the issue, but she simply ignores everything we say to her. She finally offered to compensate us...
After spending £400 on the unit to keep ourselves cool for the Summer, and instead sweating through the discomfort with a faulty unit, we were offered.... £30 compensation.

I am VERY CROSS & disappointed. I paid for Sunday delivery & it still hasn't arrived! And it's past DPD shipping Sunday times. NO EXCUSES. No answer on their phone yesterday or today and no reply to my email and no tracking number. I want a refund of the shipping and an update on my order, I was desperate for an AC machine , but so upset this didn't arrive when they promised.
