I was really thrilled when my new model airplane arrived from the store! The customer service was fantastic, they were really friendly. The delivery was quite fast, except when I ordered an NG model aircraft – that felt like it took ages to arrive! But all in all, I had a great shopping experience here.

If you've got something that's not quite right, there's no point trying to send it back here. However, I think it would be a good idea to put some more detailed pictures of the model on the website so that customers can see all angles, like the livery, underbelly, front, back, gears, and tyres. It would also be useful to include details about the materials used, such as whether it has a metal body, rubber wheels, and if the wheels can roll. All in all, my experience with the store was great and I'm happy with what I bought.

Just picked up this amazing model plane from here! It's a 1/400 scale Jet2 Holidays A321neo and it looks awesome. The details on it are really impressive and it's just the right size for showing off.
