Wasn't expecting much at first — bought a humidifier and had a bundle payment go weird on the site. The moment they actually answered, admitted the fault and sorted everything, I relaxed. They honoured the warranty, sent replacement parts and followed up, which is rare compared to other firms that shrug. Not flawless — packaging was a bit scuffed and delivery took a day longer — but it works and I’ve already bought more for family.
Quiet little workhorse
Wasn't expecting to wrestle with the filter cover — the instructions were vague, and I had to give it a proper tug (bit annoying). Delivery was okay, arrived in a couple of days but the box was a bit battered. Rang customer service and they were brilliant, quick replies and helpful, so that calmed me down. The composter itself is quiet and actually does the job — I chuck kitchen veg and tea bags in after dinner and it just hums away. I was sceptical at first, but now it's part of the kitchen routine. Love the low noise.
Handy little purifiers, and decent support
Overall I’m quite happy with these B50-mini units — they keep the loo and kitchen smelling fresh and they’re small enough to forget about. I first saw one at my sister’s flat and ended up buying a few for our place and as presents for family. One did develop a fault with the fan after a while, which was annoying, but I rang the company, sent a short video like they asked and they had a replacement on its way the next day and even checked it was working. So, a bit of a hiccup but sorted quickly. Happy they stood by it — would buy again, though they aren’t the cheapest.
Decent composter, annoying support
calls bounced, emails took time and the first tests they asked me to do (just fill with water — really?) made no sense. To their credit someone eventually offered a replacement under warranty and the new unit hums away properly, cooler and quieter. So lesson: don't expect instant answers, push a bit, and maybe keep veg scraps small. If you like the idea of a compact, solid-feeling composter that actually does the job, it's worth it — but allow for some faffing with customer service. I wish they'd been quicker, but I'm mostly satisfied now. Also, it's surprisingly tidy — no awful smells, well, not much.
Sensible unit, small hiccup
Bought the Airthereal APH320 recently. No long-term verdict yet. Out of the box it feels solid and not cheap. Controls are straightforward. On low fan speeds it is very quiet; you barely notice it. The anion and UV settings are there and seem to do something, though I can't comment on their long-term effect. Setup for Wi‑Fi was the only snag. The app and website say 2.4 GHz, but I didn't realise my phone's Wi‑Fi band also mattered. I kept trying and it wouldn't connect. Customer support were quick and calm. They guided me through and stayed on the case until it worked. Turned out to be my error. I wish the app flagged the needed band more clearly, and it fits nicely in a bedroom. Overall it works well. Not perfect, but good value.
