I’d already emailed to ask them to cancel the order — that was a pain, only an email address, no proper support — but then, halfway through my breakfast, I spotted the parcel on the mat and knew I was oddly satisfied. I use the thing every morning now; it fits into the routine and actually works without fuss. Weirdly there was a tiny spare cable tucked in, which was a nice surprise. Service could be quicker, but the product itself does the job.
